Was an easy process. Used their website and everything was done quickly and the follow up phone calls were really nice

Do not expect a call back from the storage facility
The sparefoot rep was very helpful. However I have reached out to the storage facility and have not received a return call or followup. I was forced to complete everything online.

I will be a long distance customer
I will be a long distance customer. I will be moving to Illinois and will require some temporary space to take the overflow. Brittany was very helpful to provide me with the information that I needed to be assured that i may have selected the appropriate space. She seemed to be well aware of the situation and provided insight into my future needs. Thank you Brittany for your excellent advice.
