Terrible customer service
The unit is great. Well lit, good location. Awesome promo. But the one and only employee I encountered was rude, and made me feel like I was a burden to him, well I was a burden to him.
My move in date, a Thursday, I was slammed at work. I called at 4pm to see if there was anyway to avoid having to come in during the hours of operation, because my work was going to keep me past that time. Nobody answered. Then I called back. Nobody answered. I left a voicemail. Nobody called me back.
The following day, (Friday) I was swamped at work and couldn’t get there before 6. Again I called, again no answer, no return call.
Saturday they close at 5:30. I got there at 5:25. I ran to the door and it was locked the employees for me and I saw him look right at the clock and roll his eyes. He was hesitant to come let me in when he open the door. I explained to him that I rented the unit and I was told to come down to the office with my license. With an attitude he told me he had already clocked out. I told him that I was sorry that he clocked out too soon. He made me not want to ask any questions and made me feel like a burden. Like I was getting in the way of his day, and I was a nuisance as a customer coming to move in for my first time.
