Advertising misleading
The payment was misleading and wasn't what I thought it was. It was deceiving. Advertising was 67.00, but that was a promotion. It ended up being 80.00 a month. For a college student, this is expensive.

Very helpful people, clean and secure facility.
I have never rented a storage unit and the staff was very helpful. The unit was clean and easy to open with the necessary space that I needed.
