Jessica was absolutely helpful and friendly. She called and followed up which I did not expect but greatly appreciated. Was very helpful with picking the right storage container. The place was clean and safe. I was extremely impressed and satisfied.

Need more friendlier customer service

Need more friendlier customer service. Customer service representative need to explain the terms of service more clearly.
