As advertised
I said my homeowners was enough insurance ; but still charged . Checked with my ins. agent to substantiate my interpretation ( correct in the first place) called the local office and told Imust come in and personally sign off on ins. coverage---which I wanted to do in the first place. Now , of course have paid for an un-neccessary month of ins. coverage. Otherwise very satisfied.

Good people
Good people, generally clean. Lighting inside 10x20s would be helpful. Semi-useless security. Overall tolerable. :-)

Great staff, clean facilities.
Great staff. Not happy about the requirement to purchase insurance on my stuff for additional monthly cost. The good part is that it will be an incentive to get my stuff out of storage sooner than later.

The set up of the facility.
The set up of the facility, service, and cleanliness of the facility is great. Security and safety is OK. The reason for saying it is only OK is that I have seen children running around the loading area and corridors, unattended. Yes, the associated adults are around, but not controlling the behavior of their children. Last Saturday, Sept 1, 2018, a family of at least five, was moving items into their car from building 2. Their youngest daughter was running around in the parking-loading area with a blue, personal shopping cart, made of welded metal wire cage. She was running after her father, who was not paying attention to her movements. The child rammed my vehicle with her cart, leaving scratches and blue paint on my bumper. I yelled at the child, yet it took the father several minutes to even come out and look at the damage. Sorry, is what he said and came over to look at the damage. Yet he promptly walked away making no gesture to potentially offer reparations. He said it was an accident. So what! That is not good enough. Children should not be running around as though your storage facility is a playground. The mother angrily mentioned that earlier her child potentially could have been run over by a truck in reverse. AGAIN, children, especially small children, this child was about six years old, should not be running around by themselves. If this child had been hit by a truck in your lot, this could have been a problem for your facility as well. There are no signs cautioning (stupid, inconsiderate and careless) parents to keep children under constant supervision and at their side. This is a bad trend in America, that parents use public and private business facilities as a romp area for their children as they conduct their business. This is not OK, and companies such as yours, should care more to keep the area safe for all clientele, people and property. I do not want my life or property endangered by stupid, inconsiderate and careless parents. I am angry at the damage to my vehicle. These parents had no intention of covering any damage, they simply wanted to pass the blame onto someone else. Please change your policies and your signage. I am grateful the child was not run over by a truck. Parents beware.
