Wow what a great experience:)
Wow Cathy was amazing. She knows her facility. She showed us the units and explained everything. I can't think of anything that she didn't explain. The amenities they offer are well worth the extra dollars for the unit. Glad I found them. Looking to stay for a long time. Will definitely refer all my friends and family

Great service, great location, 24 hour access
Cathy helped me make the reservation over the phone. I had advised her about the reservation I made at a different facility and she told me the benefits about what Steaux N Geaux offered. She was very professional and understanding. She really knows her facility. When I got there on my reservation day she had me moved in quickly. She really loves her job and I look forward to telling all my family and friends. Thanks Cathy for your dedication to your job and making me feel like part of the family. And not just a person who came in to get a unit.

Great location, great facility, Clean, friendly staff
Moved in on the 6th and Cathy came out and checked on us as we were there in the heat of the day. She brought us out water and tea. She goes above and beyond to help the customer. Clean facility and great location. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Outstanding Service, easy access
I had been looking for storage for about a month when I found this location. Easy access, clean and staff knows their stuff. The willingness of the staff to assist after hours is a plus for me. I work night shift so I was in and out in no time. Love this place already.

Love this facility
Cathy And Elizabeth will walk you through the size of units they offer, explain the insurance and explain the lease to you without any problems. They treat you like family. They spend the time with you without trying to rush you of force you into something right away. I originally reserved online and wish I had just gone to the facility to see first. Well worth going to the facility and see what they have. It is clean and well taken care of. Will highly recommend to everyone I know.
