excellent customer service!!!
From the night I reserved my unit online until now they have been amazing. Calling to thank us for choosing them, checking that things went smoothe and always following up on questions and concerns. All around, perfect and id recommend to anyone needing to purchase a stotage unit!!!

Easy transaction
Reservation done with ease over internet. No issues and was just what I needed . Parking spot easily accessible unlike other storage areas

The facility was ready on the day I reserved it for.
Overall it was OK. Streets in facility are very tight.

customer service excelled when issue with storage size arose
I was originally rented a "5x8" space, however after going to the unit and measuring, it was significantly undersized (4' 2" x 7' 6"). Jazz from the rental office took care of it right away and was able to find me another space meeting the dimensions offered on the website.

Excellent staff
Reviewing only the location in Laguna Hills, CA: good facility, although some cracks in roads and sidewalks made moving in with dollies somewhat difficult. Excellent staff who are very helpful and friendly under all circumstances.
