Two Problems
It is frustrating that I have to get out of my vehicle to enter the pass code on the gate and that I cannot get access to carts after 6 p.m. Otherwise, service was great.

Initially OK, but Cart/dollies unavailable
At first, when renting unit, everything looked like it should. As I began moving in storables, there frequently was no available wheeled transport from vehicle to unit. I was told that some renters gave id card to get key to carts and never returned the key. There were plenty of carts, but no keys to unlock them. I volunteered to snip the locks and let them start over with keys, and was told "Absolutely not; >>??<

Disappointing move-in experience, sub-par customer service
On my move-in day, I had a full car load and upon arrival to the facility the elevator was broken, my unit was on the third floor, and there were no carts on-site to use. I had to haul my items up to the third floor, some of which were too heavy I couldn't, so I had to keep them in my car for now. When I spoke to customer service, all they have offered me was a credit for the days the elevator was down, which was $2.64. There should be carts on-site, how are people supposed to move their things into their units? It was not a good move-in experience.
