I chose this facility because of the great customer service!
I needed to find storage on a Saturday. The office was open until 5 and I was running a little behind. Riley stayed past 5, showed me the 2 options I wanted to see and never tried to rush me. When we were done, she stayed even longer to make sure I got thru the gate, could find my unit and my lock worked. Storage facilities are pretty much the same. Good customer service is hard to find and says a lot about a company. I never do reviews, good or bad, but I am so impressed! I most definitely would recommend Layton Crossing Storage! AWESOME customer service, great prices and a nice facility!
