Easy and quick setup, was moving into the unit in less than 30 minutes.
Elevators and Dolly's were backed up quite badly; one elevator was out of out of service. Would have like to see some more precautions around the cleaning of the elevators and dolly handles to protect folks moving things in and out. Unit and facility were clean and secure, very happy with our choice to store here.

Lots of co-selling. There are too many co-selling things you have. The lock, the insurance, admin fee. You are making as good buck on the low advertised price.

The operation hours donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work for me they close so early I get off work at 5 pm I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it by 6 I Thought they close at 9 pm like others Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll stay for this Month only .

Elevators don't always work! Constuction dust on all my stuff!
Staff is generally pretty nice. Prices are ok. On 2 occasions I had to take the steps to the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken. Another 2 tenants and I discovered that if we walk up to the 3rd floor and press the button the elevator will come up. It was a mess!! At some point the location started to have work done on the ceilings. All of by belongings were covered with white dust powder!
