Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. The lights were out in my unit. No one Told Me. No one Replaced the Bulb.
Devon showed me the unit. He was a relief person and only at the location once a week. He did NOT notify me that the light was out in my unit. A few days after I began to move in, a female called me to ask about my move-in experience. I said my light was out. She said she would email the manager and have her call me to set up an appt. to put in a new bulb. The manager NEVER called. After about a week and a half, I called the manager, Deb, about the bulb. She said to bring her a key and she would change the bulb. After more than a week, I heard nothing from her. I called Deb again. She claimed she tried to change my bulb 3 times, which I do not believe, and couldn't do it because my stuff was in the way. There would have been no stuff in the way, had she called me to begin with like she was supposed to. Deb called to make an appt. with a contractor to put in the bulb, but was told by Amanda that bulbs were no longer placed in outside units. I wanted a unit with a light. No one was truthful. I would have said the unit was unacceptable had I been told the truth. I am mad as hell. When I complained to Amanda she claimed she would try to get a contractor to make an appt. with me (assuming they do that kind of thing she said) to put in the bulb and offered a new unit, but refused to help me move my things. Neither of these options was acceptable under the existing circumstances. Excuses. Excuses. Excuses.
