Problems with payment processing and lack of professional accountability.
I wish I could give a good review, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience, in which the staff tried to process my payment with first a debit card, then a credit card, resulting in five (!) false payments, which they then claimed would not be charged (not true, they were charged to my cards). When I contacted them a few days later after it was apparent the charges were sticking, they told me they would clear it up and get back to me that afternoon, which they never did. Ultimately, they told me I had to contest it with the banks, which I did, and which you may understand takes up hours of my time. I am very very disappointed with the lack of professional accountability and systemic problems with your payment processing systems.
