Fill out rental agreement on line was easy. However, it was not possible to complete payment and it was necessary to call customer service.

I’ve used spare 5 times
I’ve used spare 5 times. Every summer I have to move my son out of his dorm and into storage for the until the fall term. They’ve been fantastic finding me the best priced storage unit in close proximity to his university, every time. They helped me with my personal storage also. Will use them again and again. Very pleased woh their service. Extremely valuable and helpful.
