Online signup is pointless and bad service
I reserved a storage room online but still spent 30 minutes giving that same info when I physically came to move in. The access hours for this location are very inconvenient for people who have full time jobs. The use of codes to move the elevator are also inconvenient when you're moving in or out. The staff on location were very helpful and professional. *Update 4/20/18, my 1st payment was auto debited and I mistakenly also manually made a payment online while I was moving out of state. I called to remove the auto debit and request a refund of the over payment on 04/04/18. My refund was never processed which caused my account to become overdrawn. When I called to find out why my refund hadn't been processed I was told I had to call the District Manger to request it even though I'd been told it would be processed 2 weeks previous. The DM never called me back to confirm the refund and I ended up having $60 in overdraft fees due to them not refunding when they said they would and no apology. Bad service and I will be closing my storage immediately!
