2 issues i had with public storage..
Only complaint i have is that I ended up having no use for the storage unit not even a full 48 hours & apparently was not an option to get any sort of refund. I even probed a bit to see if i could be met in the middle & negotiate or compromise some sort if pro rated regund if entire refund wad out of the question and the only response I got was, ' ma'm if you come clean out storage and i cancel out your unit its basically up to the system if a refund of any type was available, and chances of that happening is slim to none." So it was basically up to me to take the gamble, but now why would i do that if i get no money back? Id at least like to get my moneys worth if its paid for a month. Decided wasnt worth the gamble & waiting the month out to collect my belongings. Lastly, the customer service reps who take the customers/potential customers call seem to have a complete lack of knowledge when it comes to finding open storages in or near the area your looking to store. Considering im currently without a vehicle transportation is hard enough as it is, but to make the situation worse the representative advised my reserved open storage unit was a short distance from me, ended up being close to 25 minute drive & is completely out of the way & very inconvenient, however the situation i was having was crucial that i got this storage asap & needless to say it was a holiday & NOTHING was open..i had no other options. So besides those issues i was adequately satisfied with everything else.
