CSI Mini Storage Tacoma makes pricing easier to understand. Many unit sizes offer a choice of 3-month or 6-month promotional rate plans. Before renting, you can review both the promotional monthly rate and the regular monthly rate. After the promotional period, your rate converts to the disclosed regular rate, which is guaranteed through the end of your first 12 months.
If you remain for a second year and your rate changes, the increase is capped at 9, and the new rate is guaranteed for that second year. Rentals remain month-to-month, so you receive rate clarity without being locked into a long-term lease.
Move in without the extra charges commonly added by large storage companies. CSI Mini Storage Tacoma has no move-in administrative fee, no security deposit, and no required tenant insurance.
Eligible new customers may also receive free scheduled move-in help, including a complimentary moving truck and two professional movers to help load or unload belongings. Advance scheduling is required, and service is subject to eligibility and availability.
