Do not expect a call back from the storage facility
The sparefoot rep was very helpful. However I have reached out to the storage facility and have not received a return call or followup. I was forced to complete everything online.

The customer service was top notch and made my set up process easy, even though there was a glitch with my online process. The representative answered my call quickly and directed me to the right person to fix the issue. Both representatives were very kind, patient and professional throughout the call.
