Great service
Everyone has been outstanding so far. What brings you down, like any storage facility, is the rapid change of rates. I rented a unit, less than 1 week later I came in for another one and the unit price had gone up over $100. In a week. This alone dropped your rating. By a lot. Why did I stay? Great customer service for one, and the best rates in town regardless of the ridiculous price increase.
