  Good service, great staff but monthly charges a moving target

  Price dropped $40/month next day and staff would not switch without physical move to an identical unit

  Great service

  Everyone has been outstanding so far. What brings you down, like any storage facility, is the rapid change of rates. I rented a unit, less than 1 week later I came in for another one and the unit price had gone up over $100. In a week. This alone dropped your rating. By a lot. Why did I stay? Great customer service for one, and the best rates in town regardless of the ridiculous price increase.

  There was no carts. If you want to discuss the issue further you can call. But I am not happy with the issue
