Front desk was understaffed but they definitely tried their best to assist us as quick as possible, given the covid circumstances.

Nice friendly and clean
Be aware of the additional charges. You'll need to bring your own lock and buy one if theirs as well if you don't have the cylinder lock (on time $20 purchase if you don't already own one). You also need to have insurance on your belongings, which can range to an extra $11-$15/month. Otherwise this place is great, security is too notch and the place is really clean. You can do everything in a contactless way as well.
