Restored my faith in storage space humanity.
I believe his name is Craig. I'm so sorry if that isn't right because he remembered my name from day one. He really went above and beyond in more ways than one. I left another storage facility after a week because it did not deliver what was promised, which was access until 10 pm. There was almost always a cart there to use except on the busiest days. I only had one problem there which was some rando yelling at me but I told Craig when I was done loading stuff and he immediately took action. The next time he saw me around he made sure to find me and tell me what he did about it. I seriously hope to never need another storage unit but if I do and it makes sense I would definitely use this place again. Far and away better than the last place, which by the way, just hit me up with a bill, a month later, for services I cancelled and did not use. This SecureSpace is the way to go.
