Clean newer facility
I don't like PS policy of excluding long term tenants from the first month fee promotion, when it was years of annual increases which took the pricing at the old dumper PS facility to the absurd. Is that really good management?

Clean, secure, inexpensive, and easy.

Few surprise fees, overall pretty nice and worth the money
Extra $20 lock, insurance fee, and administrative fee. So a little expensive, but worth it if you care about what you're storing.
